Na Uyana Forest Monastery

Space to cultivate
the mind.

Na Uyana is a Buddhist forest monastery associated with the Sri Kalyāni Yogāsrama Saṃsthā. Its ironwood forest and surrounding hills provide a setting for a community devoted to meditation and monastic discipline.

The monastery follows the Theravāda tradition and the Pa-Auk approach to Samatha and Vipassanā practice. NSMC Melsiripura shares guidance and resources from this tradition with those who wish to learn and practise.

Monastic and lay practitioners should contact the monastery before arranging a stay. Permission and suitable accommodation must be confirmed in advance.
